We cover brand culture and history, certifications and staffing, marketing for enrollment and hosting open houses, community and public relations management, approved curriculum and learning environments, daily operations and building parent relationships, and financial management. Bring two people to attend training, a franchise owner and an additional owner or your center director.
Onsite Support
Onsite support at your Rainbow Academy includes up to one week of support following your pre-opening process, typically to prepare for the first day of school or summer camp. Franchise owners have our years of experience, ongoing coaching, and training to serve your local community with accredited early childhood education and summer camp experiences that create a foundation for their growth.
